Weekly layout

One week, side by side, every hour accounted for.

The days over an hour grid, so a meeting sits at the time it actually starts and you can see where the week is full and where it is not. Print all seven days, or drop the weekend for a Monday-to-Friday work week. Straight from your own Outlook calendar.

A printed weekly calendar: seven day columns across the page over an hourly time grid, with coloured meeting blocks placed at their start times and spanning their duration.
A real print preview, rendered by the same engine that produces the PDF.

Who reaches for this one

People whose week is measured in meetings: the printout that goes into the folder before a busy week, the schedule handed to someone covering for you, the sheet on the desk that does not need a screen to be read.

Set the hours that matter

Choose the first and last hour on the grid — an 8-to-18 working day, or the whole 24 hours for shift work. The rest of the page goes to the hours you actually use instead of empty night-time rows.

Seven days, or a five-day work week

Leave Saturday and Sunday out and the same layout becomes a work week: Monday to Friday, each day given the width the weekend was using. It is a setting, not a different layout — so the hours, colours and paper size you already chose carry straight over. Week numbers are optional, and holidays can print with your appointments.

Paper it is made for

A4, A3, Letter and Tabloid. Landscape suits seven columns best; A3 or Tabloid is the size to pick when the week is dense and you want the blocks readable across a table.

One day at a time? The daily layout gives a single day the whole page, and daily with notes adds a ruled panel to write in. For a week without the hour grid, see the monthly layout — it prints any run of weeks as day boxes.

Every layout prints from classic Outlook, new Outlook, Outlook on the web, Mac and Teams — and from the browser without Outlook at all. Same engine, same paper.
