System requirements
What each app needs to run. One subscription covers all of them — pick whichever fits each user’s setup.
Modern add-in
| Account | A Microsoft 365 work or school account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported here — those users can use the classic add-in or the web app instead. |

Classic (desktop) add-in
| Outlook | Classic Outlook for Windows (desktop) — Outlook 2016, 2019, 2021, or Microsoft 365. |

| Framework | .NET Framework 4.7.2 and the VSTO runtime — both installed automatically by the setup if missing. |
| Install | Per-user ClickOnce installer — no administrator rights required. Updates automatically. |
Web app
- Any modern browser — nothing to install.
- Included with the same subscription; sign in with the licensed email.
Licence
- An annual seat, or a 30-day free trial (one per email). One seat unlocks all three apps for that user.
- Meeting-room and shared-calendar reading may need one-time admin consent — see Modern / classic admin consent.
