- ✓Printing no longer holds up Outlook — the print job runs on its own with a small “Printing…” indicator, and you can keep working while it finishes.
- ✓Unconfirmed appointments: tick Highlight tentative appointments under Display options. Anything set to Tentative in Outlook (meeting invitations you haven’t accepted yet, for example) gets a striped edge and italic text in the month view and a striped box in the day and week views.
- ✓Monthly: every appointment now has its own box, so a long title wraps to a second line and the location fits. On a very busy day the boxes fall back to one line so nothing is hidden.
- ✓Weekly and Work Week: Out of Office days are shaded like in the month view, and appointments spanning several days are shaded across exactly the hours they cover.
- ✓The print dialog opens straight away on the first use after starting Outlook; the calendar list fills in while your calendars are being resolved.
- ✓Housekeeping: after an automatic update, debug logging switches itself off again, and ticking “Enable debug” now offers to restart Outlook for you.
