The month grid everyone knows — with your appointments already in it.
A classic day-box grid, printed from your real calendar. It is not locked to calendar months: pick any start week and any end week, so a three-week planner or a six-week term is the same layout with a different range.
Any run of weeks, not just a month
Set the first week and the last week and print exactly that. A three-week calendar for the fridge, four weeks for a sprint, six for a school term — same grid, same day boxes, however many weeks you asked for.
Weekends: keep them or drop them
Saturday and Sunday can be printed as full columns, or left out entirely for a working-week planner that gives the five days that matter more room on the page.
Reads at a glance
Appointments keep their calendar or category colour, all-day items sit across the top of the day, week numbers are optional, and public holidays can print alongside your own entries.
Paper it is made for
A4, A3, Letter and Tabloid, portrait or landscape. One month fits an A4 or Letter sheet comfortably; go up a size when you want the day boxes big enough to write in by hand.
Need the hours, not the days? The weekly layout puts a time grid behind the week so meetings sit at the hour they actually start — and the yearly layout goes the other way, fitting up to twelve months on one sheet.
Every layout prints from classic Outlook, new Outlook, Outlook on the web, Mac and Teams — and from the browser without Outlook at all. Same engine, same paper.
