Requires a Microsoft 365 work or school account. That is Microsoft’s rule for add-ins of this type, so personal accounts — @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, @gmail.com — cannot install it. They are not left out, though: both other apps are covered by the same subscription. Many organisations also require an administrator to approve the add-in before staff can add it; that is a tenant setting, and the consent guide walks IT through it.
