What does the $49 cover?+
$49 per user per year. One subscription covers everything we make — the Classic VSTO Add-in, the Modern Outlook Add-in and CalendarPrint.com (our web app), all three available today. Use them on up to 5 of your own devices for as long as your subscription is active.
Our free browser-based app for designing print-ready PDF calendars — yearly, monthly, weekly, daily and Gantt layouts. You add events by hand or import them from an .ics file (the kind Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar export), then download the PDF. It’s how you print non-Outlook calendars; your subscription unlocks its premium features (save, share, email the PDF, unlimited Gantt events).
The Classic VSTO Add-in runs in classic Outlook on Windows, works fully offline, and works with any Outlook desktop account. The Modern Add-in is a ground-up rewrite for the new Outlook, the web, Mac and Teams — live on AppSource and included in your subscription. It needs a Microsoft 365 work or school account; on a personal Microsoft account, use the Classic Add-in or CalendarPrint.com instead.
You stay subscribed until the end of your paid term, then activation stops and the add-in will refuse to print. The app stays installed and your settings and templates are preserved — resubscribing reactivates everything instantly. Nothing is deleted.
The Classic VSTO Add-in works fully offline once activated. The Modern Add-in needs a one-time online activation, then runs against your local Outlook cache — wherever Outlook itself works.
